Discounts

Standout Arts offers regularly offers discounts in the following ways:

• Discounted hourly rate for nonprofit organizations
• Discounted hourly rate for retained clients who exceed the amount of service hours within their current/active Service Level Agreement (SLA) and need to add additional service hours during any given billing period
• Discounted printing opportunities - Standout Arts does a small markup on our discounted print options from printers who provide Standout Arts with a brokers discount. Many of our clients save 30% or more on their printing projects management by Standout Arts when Standout Arts is able to use our printers who provide us with brokers discounts
• Upfront payment discounts. Particularly applicable to new Website Design & Development projects, Standout Arts often offers a 10% discount off of the total estimated project fee as detailed within the SLA or Statement of Work/Contract for the project when the client pays in full, upfront.
• Upfront payment discounts on annual retainers. For clients who know that they'll be working with Standout Arts all year long, on a retained basis, we typically offer an upfront payment discount - up to 15% off of the total annual fee, based on the SLA or Statement of Work/Contract for the client's annual agreement
• Multi-Service/Bundled/Packaged Services: For clients who work with Standout Arts for a variety of projects, at or near the same time (such as a new business who will first begin with a Logo Package by Standout Arts and then immediately move into a Website project by Standout Arts), we typically provide a discount on all of the combined services, compared to what their fees would be if they were selected separately.
• Retained clients often receive discounted fees on rush projects
• Repeat clients often receive discounts on their project estimates - especially applicable on clients who work with Standout Arts every few years on new website design and development for their business or organization

Value-Added Benefits

In addition to discounts, Standout Arts offers value-added benefits for most of our clients. These options typically include:

• Project management
• Consulting (limitations apply)
• Prioritized turnaround for retained accounts
• Access into our project management application/software (Basecamp) at no cost
• 15-day post-launch guarantee with no-charge website troubleshooting, assistance, updates, basic revisions, or added training on most new website projects
• Waived or discounted onboarding fees for clients using our paid and professional tools such as social media scheduling applications like Zoho Social

All proposals outline value-added services and added benefits that we are offering to the client on a client-by-client, project-by-project basis.
